Mujia Textile weaves burnout (devoré) velvet, solid-dyed stretch velvet and cotton corduroy in its own mill, and runs cotton print plus custom digital printing on cotton poplin and voile. Velvet is 80% viscose / 20% nylon.
300 meters per color or per pattern for both velvet qualities and for corduroy. First orders are negotiable — tell us your target quantity and we quote against it.
Burnout (devoré) velvet and solid-dyed velvet both run US$3.10–3.50 per meter FOB Ningbo / Shanghai. Corduroy runs US$1.98–2.98 per meter depending on wale count and weight.
About 15 working days for velvet after lab-dip approval, because white greige is woven and held in stock year-round so dyeing starts immediately. Corduroy runs about 10 days after color confirmation.
A factory. We weave on 30 LENADO air-jet looms in Zhuji, Zhejiang, and have run since 2012; the sales office is in Keqiao, Shaoxing. You deal with the mill, not a middleman.
Yes. A4 swatches and color cards ship free by express, usually the same day you ask. Custom pattern strike-offs are quoted separately because they need a new rotary screen.
We hold our own MTQS internal inspection standard with a 12-point QC and a test report per batch. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS and BCI can be arranged on request through certified upstream partners — we do not claim certificates we do not hold.
